Yes. Photos and a short explanation are often enough for us to understand the type of problem and tell you whether a site visit is the right next step. For leaks, damp or cracking, an on-site assessment may still be needed before a repair scope can be confirmed.

We handle targeted corrective works as well as larger repair programmes. The important point is that the problem requires proper building work rather than a quick cosmetic patch.

We look at the location and pattern of the damage, the construction above and around it, drainage, waterproofing details, plumbing and other likely moisture paths. The repair is then based on the likely source rather than simply covering the visible stain.

Yes. Many clients are outside Morocco while works are carried out. We coordinate the trades and provide photo and video updates so you can follow progress without managing different contractors yourself.

Yes. We define the scope and provide a written quote so you understand the planned work, materials and payment milestones before starting. If hidden conditions are discovered after opening up, they are discussed before additional work proceeds.

Yes. MBR is repairs-first, but we also undertake partial and full renovations when the property needs broader work or when corrective repairs naturally develop into a larger refurbishment.
